Community Yoga Class: May 10th, 11 am - 12 pm with Graham, All Levels- Our donation-based community yoga class is suitable for all levels. We're coming together to celebrate our amazing community, and we want YOU to be part of it! All proceeds from this class will be donated to A Place at the Table, which works to fight food insecurity right here in our community. Together, we can make a real difference!

Healthy Hips Workshop: Sunday, March 23rd, from 2 - 4 pm - Join Carolyn Leech, CIYT, for a hip-opening workshop focused on releasing tension in the hips, legs, and back to increase flexibility. This workshop will include various standing poses, seated poses, twists, supine poses, and adaptations for tight hips to promote hip mobility and help build strength. Carolyn has personally experienced two total hip replacements and will share the highlights of her journey back to mobility and returning to teach yoga just five weeks after each surgery. Don't miss this unique opportunity to learn from Carolyn as she shares all her "hip-opening secrets."
