Finding the Magic in What Scares Us: A Tarot Workshop for Being with Our Fear- October 12, 11:30-1:30 pm: Cost: $30 - $60 (pay what is accessible for you within that range) Join Alex from Soft and Sanguine for an empowering Tarot and movement workshop. Confront your fears, stay grounded, and embrace your inner power. Don't miss this unique opportunity to find the magic in what scares you! To register for this workshop you will contact Alex, please details below.
From Alex: Tarot cards are portals into conversations and presence we may not normally have. The cards and the Spirit Realm offer a gentle nudge for us to step across the threshold of certainty, into a space of surrender and uncertainty. In this space, anything is possible. We are invited to let go, even just a little bit, of what we currently believe to be true. Are you ready to find the magic in what scares you?
Participants are asked to bring a fear they are feeling called to be with and practice moving through. The workshop will incorporate both tarot and movement practices to offer embodied exploration around staying present with ourselves when we're afraid, identifying what supports we need, and receiving those supports. We will also practice deepening our self-trust, cultivating our confidence, and feeling our power.
