This class is perfect for individuals who have some basic experience in yoga. You'll refine standing poses, learn the fundamentals of posture, and deepen your understanding of Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand) and Halasana (Plough Pose), as well as prepare for Salamba Sirsasana (Headstand at the wall). All yoga traditions are welcome.
