Join Graham for a 90-minute class specifically designed for experienced Iyengar Yoga practitioners. The class is aimed at teaching intermediate-level asanas from all categories, including variations in the inversions. To attend the class, students must have at least 4 years of Iyengar yoga experience and an established home practice.
