Join Graham for a 90-minute class, designed for experienced Iyengar Yoga practitioners. Other experienced yoga traditions are welcome too. You'll refine standing, forward bends, backbends, and inversions, and learn to hold Sirsasana (Headstand) and Salamba Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand) for 5 minutes. You'll also be introduced to more advanced poses.
