Join Mary Margaret for a one-hour yoga class. This 4-class series aims to familiarize students new to the Iyengar method or new to yoga with the foundations of yoga postures. Students will learn the fundamentals of poses and explore the numerous benefits of Iyengar yoga. Learn to stand evenly, take the strain off your back, lift your chest, and quiet your mind.
